Maintaining the right complement of trained, skilled and experienced personnel is a key focus of the company. People are our most important assets and as such we ensure our skills development program is geared toward empowering and educating the teams both technically and practically. Our company is among just a few reticulation specialist companies that carry full authorisations for MV and LV Eskom work.
Some of our staff has also had the privilege of being participants in the Eskom Contractors Training Academy, which has allowed our supervisory staff to learn more about business management, project management and health and safety. Our infrastructure and facilities are first class and we own all necessary and critical plant and equipment required to deliver our core services.

Awards & Achievement
Eskom Citation for CONTRACTOR OF THE YEAR: SA Retic the Eskom Western Cape Operating Unit Contractor of the year 2016/2017. A significant achievement as SA Retic was chosen from all the contractors we regularly work with. They consistently perform on a high level on both the Minor Retic and Electrification projects for the last 2 years. The professionalism of the employees and the visibility of the owner on all projects are admirable.
SARetic represents Eskom on all projects and the way they conduct themselves with our stakeholders is indicative of an Eskom employee. Their hands-on involvement with projects in last few years has shown that they are serious in their execution of their duties. Some areas they work in are very volatile and they managed to ascertain a working relationship with the community members throughout the project execution.
Their ability to incorporate local community members to work on projects was especially appreciated by the locals. Their job creation efforts are laudable. This continued support and selflessness from SA Retic has led to Eskom ensuring that customers continue to receive Electricity.
